Important note about our after hours availability:

It has been our mission over the past 10 years to make ourselves available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Unfortunately, we are currently operating as a single vet practice and we have sadly reduced our after hours of availability. The decision to make this change was personally devastating, however, we (Dr Terri) can not maintain constant on-call, mentally and physically. A shortage of vets is a complex, industry wide issue that has, (in part), been brought on by COVID-19.
We don’t want to leave our furry friends without care so we have introduced some measures to help.

Our weekday hours have been increased so we can treat any emergencies that may arise through the day.

We are available Saturday for emergencies from 1pm until 5pm.

We have made The Veterinary Referral Hospital (VRH) aware of our hours so they can be ready and available to help if needed.
